No. At the moment, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to the non-contiguous states of Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
We source our products come from various places around the world. Some of these countries include, but are not exclusive to USA, Europe,and China.
On average our shipping times are 10 -15 days if the product is being imported from outside the United States. Average shipping times for products shipped from the United Stated are 3 -5 day, unless otherwise stated within the product description itself.
You can track your package directly on your receipt. Several days after your order is placed a tracking number will be generated that will be on the receipt emailed to you. You may click on that link to track your package.
Often times products come from different warehouses so shipping times will vary slightly.
If this happens please contact your local post office or talk to your postman/post lady. Once an item is "Delivered at a doorstep" we are not responsible for your package. Refunds will not be given for lost packages.
Should you not be happy with your purchase, Welfm Shop offers a 30 day refund policy from the date the order was placed less the cost of shipping charges. We will not refund items that have been altered or tampered with in any way by the customer resulting from fraudulent or dishonest intentions from the customer. Unfortunately not all customers are honest and we have had to recently enforce this policy.
