Your order can always be tracked on the Track My Order page. Once on the page, you can look up a single order by entering your Order Number and Order Email. You also have the option of entering your order email and each time there is a change in the status of your order you will be sent an email.
A second way to track your order is to visit USPS directly and input your tracking number on the page. However this only works if your order has been shipped via USPS. It will not work if for example you live in Canada.
This happens because USPS has not updated their system yet. You will also see the message: The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later.
Give them a few days and your tracking number will show up.
You can have more than one tracking number if you have ordered several different types of products. Not all of our products are stored in the same warehouse, therefore they will be shipped separately with different delivery times and different tracking numbers.
In general, refunds are given within 30 days from purchase, and you have a minimum of 15 days from the day you receive your purchase before the refund period expires. Sometimes there may be longer delivery times on a particular product and that will have an extended refund time.
1. If you receive your purchase on Day 10 you have 20 days before the refund period is over (30 days total).
2. If you receive your purchase on Day 22 (add 15 days) you have 37 days total before the refund period expires.
Some products are shipped directly from our USA warehouse. For shipments coming from the USA, expect shipping times of 3 - 7 days.
Some of our products are shipped from international countries such as China and Europe. When using international shipping, we always use First Class International Shippingwith a tracking number to make the shipping experience as seamless as possible. Our internationally shipped products are delivered within the time frame of 14 - 17 days.
